Loaded Cauliflower Bake

Ingredients ( servings 6 )

  • 4Slicesof bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 6C.Cauliflower florets
  • 3tsp.Minced garlic
  • ⅓C.Heavy whipping cream
  • 1Tbsp.Whipped butter unsalted
  • 1Tbsp.Chives chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼C.Cheddar cheese shredded
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

How To Make Loaded Cauliflower Bake

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Bring the cauliflower and minced garlic in water to a boil over medium-high heat on the stove. Continue to boil and cook for 15 minutes.

Drain the cauliflower and place it into a blender or food processor.
