Fudgy Brownie Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
12 ounces bittersweet chocolate chips (60-70% cacao)
1/2 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
3 eggs
1/2 cup butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions:
1. On stove top over low heat, melt the bittersweet chocolate chips and butter together, stirring until smooth. Let it cool slightly.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
