Key Lime Shortbread Bars Recipe

Ingredients:
1½ cups flour

1½ sticks of salted butter at room temperature

⅓ cup powdered sugar (plus extra for garnish)

1¼ cups sugar

2 room temperature eggs

¼ cup lime juice (from key limes) and 1 teaspoon zest

¼ cup flour

2 teaspoons cornstarch

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
