. Air Fryer Beef Steak
Ingredients:
- 2 beef steaks (ribeye, sirloin, or filet mignon)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the steaks dry with paper towels, then brush them with olive oil.
- Mix the seasonings and rub them evenly on both sides of the steaks.
- Place the steaks in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
- Cook for 8-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, depending on your preferred doneness:
- Rare: 8 minutes
- Medium: 10 minutes
- Well-done: 12 minutes
- Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving.
