Broccoli Salad

Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, red onion, dried cranberries or raisins, sunflower seeds or chopped walnuts, and crispy cooked bacon (if using). Toss gently to combine.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated with the dressing.

If using shredded cheddar cheese, sprinkle it over the top of the salad and gently toss to incorporate.

Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors

to meld together.
