Ingredients:
– 1 and 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

– 1 cup cherry cola (such as Coke)
– 1/2 cup buttermilk
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add melted butter, eggs, cherry cola, buttermilk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
Beat the mixture with an electric mixer on medium speed until well combined and smooth, about 2 minutes.
