Chicken Quesadilla

Prepare the Quesadillas: Spread 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing evenly over two of the tortillas. Then, top each tortilla with half of the cooked chicken, half of the chopped bacon, and half of the shredded cheese. Place the remaining tortillas on top to form two quesadillas.

Cook the Quesadillas: Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Place one quesadilla in the skillet and cook until the bottom is lightly browned, about 2-3 minutes. Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook the other side until it is also lightly browned and the cheese is melted. Remove the quesadilla from the skillet and set it aside.

Repeat the Process: Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter to the skillet and repeat the cooking process with the second quesadilla.

Serve: Cut the quesadillas into wedges and serve them hot.
