1 cup sugar

1 cup liquid milk

3 tablespoons cocoa

2 and a half cups flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 vanilla pod or 1 tsp vanilla extract

For filling:

1 cup cold milk

1 bag of whipped cream

For topping:

80 grams melted chocolate
