How to make Chocolate Cheesecake!
Ingredients :
For the cookie base
120g Butter
250g Cocoa cookies
For the chocolate cream
250 g liquid fresh cream
250 g fresh cheese (or mascarpone)
100 g dark chocolate
25 g Bitter cocoa powder
Nutella (for the cover)
80g Icing sugar
Preparation :
Prepare the cookie base:

Reduce the biscuits to powder using a blender and put them in a bowl.

Melt the butter and add it to the cookies.

Mix well and pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.

Tamp the base with a spoon, even lifting one edge to contain the cream.

Put the dark chocolate cheesecake base in the refrigerator.

Prepare the dark chocolate cream:

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave and let cool.

Meanwhile, whip the cream with the icing sugar.
