Chocolate Cheesecake

1. In a saucepan, pour the milk with the vanilla, the sugar, the starch, the egg yolks and the butter.
2. Leave to thicken and pour into a mould.
3. Beat the egg and add the two teaspoons of sugar.
4. Brush the mixture over the dough and bake at 400°F/200°C for 20-25 minutes.
