METHOD
Mix all the ingredients for the white cream and boil.
Mix all the ingredients for the chocolate cream and bring to the boil.
Add vanilla to milk.
Put half of the white cream in the mould. Place biscuits soaked in milk on top.
Then put half of the chocolate cream and also cover with a layer of cookies. Spread the rest of the white cream and chocolate. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Sprinkle with grated chocolate and garnish with strawberries.
