Cinnamon Apple Crumb Cake

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.

3. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.

5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with sour cream, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients.

6. Gently fold in the diced apples and spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.

7. In a small bowl, mix together the crumb topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over the cake batter.

8. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

9. While the cake is cooling, prepare the glaze by whisking together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract.

10. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake.
