Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients:

1/3 cup (76g) salted butter, melted

1/2 cup (100g) white sugar

2 eggs

1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup (60g) all-purpose flour

2 cups unsweetened desiccated coconut

1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2. In a mixing bowl, beat the melted butter and sugar together until well combined.

3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
