Cranberry Orange Cake

For the Cake:

1 box of white cake mix

Ingredients required by the cake mix (usually water, oil, and eggs)

Zest of 1 orange

1 cup of fresh or dried cranberries (if using dried, soak them in orange juice for an hour before using)

For the Frosting:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

4 cups powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1-2 tbsp milk (as needed for consistency)

For Garnish (optional):

Orange zest

Additional cranberries
