Cream Cheese Cranberry Loaf

Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 cups cranberries, fresh or frozen
1 1/2 cups sugar
1cup 2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
18 oz. package cream cheese, room temperature
4 eggs, room temperature
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make Cream Cheese Cranberry Loaf
Preheat your oven to 350º F. Lightly grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with non-stick spray or butter.

Use a mixer and combine butter, cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl. Beat
in eggs, one at a time and vanilla.
