Crock Pot Ribs

– Cut the ribs into smaller sections if necessary to fit them into your Crock Pot.

– Arrange the ribs by standing them up against the walls of the Crock Pot, with the meatier side facing outwards.

3. Cook:

– Pour the barbecue sauce over the ribs, ensuring they are well-coated.

– Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until the ribs are very tender.

4. Broil for Crispiness (Optional):

– Once the ribs are cooked and tender, carefully remove them from the Crock Pot and place them on a baking sheet.

– Brush additional barbecue sauce over the ribs and broil them in the oven for a few minutes until the sauce is caramelized and bubbly.

5. Serve:

– Serve the ribs with additional barbecue sauce for dipping.
