Easy Meatballs in Broth Recipe

Meatballs are a versatile dish with a wide variety of styles. They can be made with chicken or red meats like pork and beef. One advantage of meatballs is that kids love them because they are small portions of meat shaped like little spheres. This makes them fun and appetizing. And the best part is that meatballs are very easy and quick to make!

Preparation Time: 30 minutes. Serves 5 people.

Ingredients:

½ kilogram of ground beef
1 small can of chipotle peppers in adobo
1 tablespoon of oil
½ cup of cooked rice (87.5 grams)
½ onion
1 garlic clove
2 eggs
A handful of cilantro
½ kilogram of red tomatoes
A pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of chicken bouillon powder
Instructions:

Start by cooking the tomatoes and onion. Wash the red tomatoes thoroughly and place them in a pot with enough boiling water. Add the garlic clove and half of the onion. Cook for a few minutes or until the tomato skin easily detaches in pieces.
Place the ground beef in a deep bowl and add half of the chicken bouillon, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of pepper. Mix until well combined with the beef. Finely chop the remaining onion and cilantro, which have been properly washed and cleaned.
