EASY MEXICAN CASSEROLE

Feeling rushed yet still want to make a tasty supper? With its nutritious ground beef, tasty ranch-style beans, and crispy tortilla chips, this Easy Mexican Casserole is sure to please. For the toppings, add melted cheese, luscious chicken, and a dollop of sour cream.

For as long as I can remember, enchiladas and other handmade Mexican dishes have been my go-to. But I wanted to spice things up a little, so I made this casserole—it’s a great alternative to our usual Mexican night.

The following items will be required:

kilogramme of trim-trimmed beef

One packet of Ranch-style beans

Crushed tortilla chips, one bag (10-12 oz.)

one can of Ro-tel chili peppers

1 minced tiny onion
2 cups of cheddar cheese crumbled, divided in half

Taco seasoning, one packet

A can of chicken soup (cream of chicken)

half a cup water

Lime wedges and salsa, as a finishing touch
