INGREDIENTS
Eggs 5: These are the most important part of our recipe. They give our potato dish both energy and a luxurious softness and richness. Put the eggs in a bowl and use a fork to slowly beat them together until they are well mixed.
Potatoes 1 kg; 2 lb 3.3 oz: Serving as the sturdy base of our cooking creation, potatoes give it a comfortable feel and a lot of bulk. First, wash and peel the potatoes very carefully. After cleaning them, cut them into cubes or slices that are all the same size to make sure they cook evenly.
Green onions: Adding a pleasant and slightly sour flavor green onions make our dish taste better overall. Cut the green and white parts of the onions into small pieces. Set the white parts aside to use as a garnish.
Dried Garlic 1/2 tsp: Dried garlic gives our dish a fragrant and spicy flavor that gives it depth and complexity. Spread the dried garlic out evenly on top of the potatoes to give them a garlicky smell.
Ezoic Paprika 1/2 tsp: Paprika adds a smooth smoke and a bright splash of color to our product, making it look better and taste better. To add a touch of warmth and depth, sprinkle the paprika evenly over the potatoes.
Mozzarella 80 g / 2.8 oz: The smooth and rich flavor of mozzarella cheese adds to the creaminess of our dish. Finely grate the mozzarella cheese and set it aside until we are ready to put it all over the potatoes.
Oil from vegetables: For frying potatoes oil from vegetables is essential because it helps get the right mix between crispy outsides and soft insides. To make sure the best conditions for frying, heat a lot of veggie oil in a big skillet over medium-low heat.
Salt: Salt is an important part of seasoning our food because it brings out the natural tastes of the potatoes. Make sure that every piece of the potatoes is perfectly seasoned by adding a lot of salt to them.
Black Pepper: Black pepper adds a mild but noticeable heat and an earthy taste that goes well with the other ingredients. Add one last touch of flavor to our cooking masterpiece by grinding black pepper over the potatoes.
