Energizing Beetroot Blood Builder Juice Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 large beetroot, peeled and chopped
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1 large apple, cored and chopped
  • Optional: a small piece of ginger or a squeeze of lemon juice for an extra zing

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Wash all the vegetables and fruits thoroughly. Peel the beetroot and carrots to remove any dirt and pesticides (if not using organic). Core the apple and cut into pieces that will easily fit through your juicer.
  2. Juicing: Place the chopped beetroot, carrots, and apple into your juicer. Add a small piece of ginger if you like a bit of spice, or a squeeze of lemon for some tanginess. Juice all the ingredients until smooth.
  3. Serving: Pour the juice into a glass and drink immediately to benefit from all the vitamins and enzymes. If you find the flavor too intense, you can dilute it with a little water or add some more apple to sweeten it.
  4. Storage: If you must store the juice, keep it in a sealed container in the refrigerator and consume it within 24 hours to ensure the nutrients remain intact.
