Finale-style courgettes with ham

Courgette rolls with ham and cheese
Ingredients:
4 courgettes
4 slices of white ham
200ml of homemade or ready-to-use béchamel sauce
100g of grated cheese (Emmental, Comte or Gruyere)
1 tablespoon of butter.
Salt and pepper….
Nutmeg (optional)
