First learned of this recipe from a friend, and I’ve been copying since! Too good not to try!

Ingredients:
– 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
– Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 6 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup chicken stock
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
– Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
2. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken thighs skin-side down and sear until the skin is golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
4. Scatter minced garlic around the chicken thighs and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit (75 degrees Celsius).
