For the Panko-Crusted Fish:

. 4 white fish fillets (such as cod, haddock, or tilapia)
. 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
. 2 large eggs
. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
. Salt and pepper to taste
. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
. 1 teaspoon lemon zest
. 2 tablespoons olive oil (for pan-frying)

For the Lemon Dill Sauce:

. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
. 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
. 1 teaspoon lemon zest
. 1 clove garlic, minced
. Salt and pepper to taste
