INGREDIENTS:
Flatbread or tortillas;
150 g (⅔ cup) mayonnaise;
6 slices of cheese;
10 slices of beef
2 eggs;
Vegetable oil for frying.
METHOD:
- Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise evenly on each flour tortilla.
- Place slices of beef and cheese on top to cover.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly and cut into pieces.
- Dip each individual roll in beaten eggs and fry in preheated oil on both sides until golden brown (about 6-8 minutes).
