Ingredients:
• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 2 cups spaghetti sauce (adjust to taste)
• 8 slices frozen garlic toast
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven according to the garlic toast package instructions.
2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until fully browned. Drain any excess fat, then add the spaghetti sauce. Simmer for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. While the sauce is simmering, bake the garlic toast as directed, until both sides are crispy and golden brown.
4. Top each slice of garlic toast with the meat sauce, then sprinkle with mozzarella. Garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
