Garlic Butter Salmon with Lemon Asparagus Skillet
1. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Place the seasoned salmon fillets in the skillet, skin-side down, and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they are nicely seared and easily flip over.
5. Flip the salmon fillets and add the asparagus to the skillet around the salmon.

9. Remove the skillet from heat. Garnish with fresh parsley.
