Georgia’s Classic Eclairs
Ingredients:
– 1 cup water
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter
– 1 teaspoon sugar
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 4 large eggs
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1/4 cup powdered sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
– 1/4 cup heavy cream for the chocolate glaze
