Ginger Drink for Weight Loss and Immune Strengthening – Preparation Procedure

This beverage, made from two simple ingredients, is the perfect elixir of health and vitality. Not only does it strengthen your immune system, protecting you from various viral infections and other diseases, but it also supports metabolism and fat burning, making it an effective drink for weight loss.

Ingredients for 1 serving:

Ginger – 5cm piece

Water – 800 ml

Lemon – 2 pieces

Step 1:

Cut a 5-centimeter piece of ginger root and peel off the skin. Chop the cleaned pulp into small pieces, put them into a blender, pour cold water over them, and blend well.

Strain the blended ginger through a sieve to get rid of the coarse pieces. Squeeze out the juice from these pieces as much as possible.

Step 2:

Place the lemons in a heatproof bowl, sprinkle them with baking soda, and pour boiling water over them. Once the water cools down slightly, thoroughly wash and scrub the lemon peel, then rinse them under running water.

This process removes most of the pesticide residues and other chemicals used during their cultivation that could easily contaminate the healing drink with toxic substances when squeezing the lemons. If you are using organic quality fruits, you can skip this step.
