Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread
Ingredients:
– 3 cups all-purpose flour
– 3/4 cup white sugar
– 3/4 cup brown sugar
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 3 eggs
– 1 cup vegetable oil
– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
– 2 cups mashed ripe bananas
– 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
– 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
– 1 cup flaked coconut
Instructions:
1. **Preheat the Oven and Prepare Pans:**
– Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9×5 inch loaf pans.
2. **Combine Dry Ingredients:**
– In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, white sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
3. **Mix Wet Ingredients:**
– In another bowl, beat the eggs, oil, and vanilla extract together. Mix in the mashed bananas and crushed pineapple until well combined.
4. **Combine Mixtures:**
– Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring just until the flour mixture is moistened.
