Hawaiian Grilled Teriyaki Chicken:
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 pineapple, sliced into rings
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Sesame seeds for garnish
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil to make the marinade.
Place chicken breasts in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavor.
