Components
Constituents:
Eight pieces of delicious Hawaiian bread
Four slices each of Swiss cheese and ham
Rings of pineapples
Just two teaspoons of butter
Honey mustard, one tablespoon (optional)
One optional tablespoon of mayo
Guide:
Set your grill pan or sandwich press over medium heat.
Should you so choose, put mayonnaise on one side of each piece of bread and honey mustard on the other.
Layer a pineapple ring, a piece of Swiss cheese and a slice of ham on each of the four slices of bread. Cover with yet another piece of bread.
Dot each sandwich with a thin coating of butter on the top and bottom.
Arrange the sandwiches in a grill pan or sandwich press that has been heated.
Cook until golden brown and cheese is melted, 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
Take off of the stove and give it a minute to cool before serving.
Present the sandwiches warm, sliced in half.
