Ingredients:

4 g of brewer’s yeast

Directions:
- Dissolve the yeast in the water with the honey.
- Add the flour mixture and start mixing.
- Then add the salt and form a soft and homogeneous dough.
- Let the dough rise for 12 hours in the refrigerator.
