Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1/2 pound ground pork
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 large egg, beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cups marinara sauce
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, black pepper, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
