Moist chocolate cake

INGREDIENTS :
2 cups of sugar
1 ¾ cup flour.
¾ cup Hershey’s cocoa
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
2 eggs
1 cup of milk It can be vegetable, almond, soy
½ cup oil
2 teaspoons of vanilla.
1 cup boiling water

STEP-BY-STEP DEVELOPMENT:
Mix sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla; beat at medium speed of mixer for 2 minutes.
Add the boiling water (the dough will be quite liquid).
Pour the mixture into a previously buttered and floured cake mold.
Bake at 350°F for 50 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

100g dark chocolate
80 ml of milk (hot)
150g butter
120g of sugar
3 eggs
120 g all-purpose flour
30g cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
