White Chocolate and Strawberry Cheesecake
There’s something irresistibly delicious about white chocolate cheesecake, but when you add the fruity twist of strawberries, it takes the flavor to a whole new level of bliss. I simply couldn’t resist creating this white chocolate and strawberry cheesecake to share with all of you!
For the filling, I combined cream cheese, icing sugar, vanilla, cream, chocolate, and the star of the show—strawberries. It’s one of my all-time favorite cheesecake fillings because it perfectly balances the creaminess of white chocolate with the bright, sweet notes of strawberries. As for the buttery biscuit base, I opted for digestives, which add a delightful crunch and flavor. However, feel free to use your favorite biscuit of choice. The beauty of this no-bake recipe is that you can create this delicious masterpiece without an oven, and it’s also perfect for preparing in advance. If you’re craving more fruity cheesecake options, I have delightful lemon and raspberry variations, as well as a scrumptious piña colada version. And for all the chocolate lovers out there, don’t miss out on the Kitkat, Galaxy, and chocolate overload versions that will transport you to chocolate paradise!
The Base
Now, let’s talk about the cheesecake base! As mentioned earlier, I used digestives for the white chocolate and strawberry cheesecake base because they’re my personal favorite. If you decide to use a “filled biscuit” like Oreos, simply reduce the butter content to 100g while keeping the biscuit amount at 300g. On the other hand, if you prefer a chocolate-coated biscuit like chocolate digestives, use 125g of butter for the perfect base.
