A large plastic bag that can hold the oven rack.
A dishwasher detergent tablet (or common laundry detergent as a substitute).
A bowl to dissolve the detergent.
Hot water, but not too hot to avoid melting the bag.
3-4 tablespoons of baking soda.
Step-by-Step Cleaning
Place the dishwasher tablet or laundry detergent into a bowl.
Add hot water to the bowl, making sure it’s not so hot that it could melt the plastic bag. If the tablet doesn’t dissolve entirely, you can break it up using a fork.
