OATS COOKIES
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup oats
1 cup Plain Flour
1 cup Castor Sugar
3/4 cup Coconut
125 g Butter
2 Tbs Golden Syrup
1/2 tsp Bicarb Soda
3-4 Tbs Hot water
Chocolate Ganache:
175 g Dark Chocolate, chopped
150 mL Cream
METHOD:
Preheat oven to 170°C.
Place all of the dry ingredients into a bowl.
Mix together and make a well in the centre.
