2 cups of luscious heavy cream

Instructions:
Begin by lightly greasing a 9×13 baking dish and setting it aside for later use.

Take a small, heavy-bottomed saucepan, pour in 2 cups of sugar, and let it simmer gently over low heat. Keep stirring this mixture frequently until the sugar melts completely, which will typically take around 20 minutes.
