Ingredients:
°3 cups cream 10.ggs
°3/4 cup of sugar
°1/2 cup flour
°1/4 teaspoon salt
°1 cup of shredded toasted coconut
°Half a tsp of vanilla extract
° 1/4 teaspoon of pure almond extract
° 1 round crust baked 9 inches deep
°1/2 cup whipping cream 35%
°A quarter cup of sugar
° 1/8 teaspoon of pure almond extract
* Preparation :
In a saucepan, mix 10% cream, eggs, sugar, flour and salt.
Simmer to thicken, stir. Add the gems and 3/4 cup of the toasted coconut and mix well.
We put the cooked crust and cool. Whip the cream with 1/4 cup of the sugar and the pure almond extract.
Spread it over the pancake and sprinkle with the remaining coconut
