Philadelphia Cheese Meatloaf 🧀

Directions:
Preheat oven: Start by preheating the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Make the meatloaf mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, milk, diced onion, green peppercorns, sliced ​​mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
Layer the meatloaf: Press half of the meat mixture into the bottom of a loaf pan, forming an even layer. Place the provolone slices on top of this layer, making sure a small border is left around the edges to prevent the cheese from getting lost.
Add the remaining meat mixture: Cover the cheese layer with the remaining meat mixture, pressing and sealing the edges to completely encase the cheese.
