Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef (at least 80%)
1 medium red onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp Italian herb seasoning
1 cup shredded blend of mozzarella and cheddar cheeses (4 oz)
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup milk (2% or whole)
2 large eggs
Instructions:
Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F. Grease a 9-inch pie plate with a light coating of cooking spray.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the lean ground beef and finely chopped red onion until the beef is nicely browned and the onion is tender. Add a touch of Italian herb seasoning to elevate the flavors. Once done, drain any excess grease.
