Preparation
Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk. Pour the milk, yeast mixture with the flour and sugar. Add the egg and mix using the dough hooks on your electric mixer.
Then add the salt when all the ingredients are well mixed. Add the softened butter. Leave to mix for about fifteen minutes.
Flour the work surface or a board. Place the previously kneaded dough on top of the flour. Wrap the dough in a cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
-After letting the dough rest, form a rectangle with it. Roll out the dough, relaxing it as you roll it out. Add the cream and raisins on top and spread them well.
