Salmon Patties

Ingredients:

• 15 oz canned salmon in water or oil

• 1/2 teaspoon salt

• 1/2 teaspoon pepper

• 1 cup keto bread crumbs or almond flour

• 2 large eggs, beaten

• 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

• 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped

Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, I combine the salmon, garlic salt, and pepper, mixing thoroughly. Then, I add the remaining ingredients and stir until a thick batter is formed.
