These Savory Lentil Patties are a delicious meatless substitute that will satisfy your cravings. These patties are both healthy and delicious since they are full of lentils and vegetables and have been spiced just so. Here’s a quick way to make them:
What you need:
1.5 cups (about 285 grams) of red lentils: dry
1/2 of a big shallot, minced
2 minced garlic cloves
Use 15 grams, or 1/4 cup, of shredded carrot from one tiny carrot. finely minced, fresh parsley
2 tablespoons of pureed tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon of salt
half a teaspoon of ground pepper
Use olive oil in your recipes
Not required Binding Ingredients (omit eggs for an egg-free version):
half a cup of baking mix
one or two eggs (if you don’t have any on hand, you may want to use a binder made of flaxseed powder and water instead).
