Instructions :
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
In a medium bowl, mix the cooked sausage, softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Place a spoonful of the sausage mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
Roll up the dough, starting from the wide end and rolling toward the point. Place the filled crescents on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescents are golden brown and cooked through.
Serve warm.
