- 1 cup of sugar
- Zest of 1

- 1 tea glass of sunflower oil
- 1/2 cup of lemon juice
- 1 tea glass of milk
- 2.5 cups of flour
- 1 pack of baking powder
- Strawberry jam
- Coconut flakes
Instructions:
- Prepare the Mixture: In a suitable mixing bowl, combine the sugar and lemon zest. Mix well to infuse the sugar with the lemon flavor.
- Add Eggs: Crack the eggs into the mixture and beat until it becomes foamy.
- Incorporate Liquids: Add the sunflower oil, lemon juice, and milk to the bowl. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Sift the flour and baking powder into the mixture. Stir gently until a smooth batter forms.
- Prepare the Cake Mould: Grease a cake mould thoroughly with solid butter or oil to prevent sticking.
- Pour the Batter: Pour the cake batter into the prepared mould. Add a small amount of strawberry jam on top of the batter for a sweet touch.
- Bake the Cake: Place the mould in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) and bake until the cake is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Finishing Touches: Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool. Carefully take the cake out of the mould. Spread a layer of strawberry jam on top and sprinkle with coconut flakes for decoration and added flavor.
