Sugar Cookie Cherry Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients
1 kilogram of Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix
1/2 cup (125 ml) of soft butter
1 egg
500 grams of cream cheese
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
30 ml (2 teaspoons) of powdered sugar
5 ml (1 teaspoon) of vanilla extract
1 box of cherry pie filling
Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Sugar Cookie Crust
Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). In a medium bowl, mix the sugar cookie mix, softened butter, and egg until well combined. Spray a 9″ x 13″ (23 cm x 33 cm) baking pan with non-stick cooking spray, then press the cookie dough into the bottom of the pan to form an even layer.

Step 2: Bake the Crust
Place the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake the sugar cookie crust for about 20 minutes, or until it is golden brown. Once baked, remove the crust from the oven and allow it to cool completely.

Step 3: Prepare the Cheesecake Filling
In another medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
