Ingredients:
100 g semolina (soft wheat semolina)
1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
3 eggs
150g margarine
200g sugar
1 kg quark (low-fat quark)
1 pinch of salt
some powdered sugar
Fat, for the shape
preparation
1. First preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Separate the eggs. Mix margarine, sugar and egg yolks until foamy. Then stir in the quark, semolina, vanilla sauce powder and salt.
