Swirl pancakes
Ingredients: 500 ml of milk 2 eggs 250 g of flour 20 ml of vegetable oil 20 g of sugar a pinch of salt 8 g of vanilla sugar 20 g of sugar-free cocoa
Preparation:
2. Mix the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt.
3. Add the milk gradually and stir. 4. Add the flour gradually and stir.
5. Add vegetable oil and stir.
6. Divide the dough in 2 and add the cocoa powder to one of the 2 halves and the vanilla sugar to the other. Mix well.
7. In a hot and oiled pan, pour a swirl of cocoa batter then cover with vanilla batter.
