TRUFFLED PINEAPPLE CAKE

Ā  šŸINGREDIENTS:

For Dough

2 eggs

1 tablespoon margarine

1 cup of sugar

12 cup warm milk

1 and 14 cups of wheat flour

1 tablespoon baking powder (or Royal Baking Powder)

For the filling

1 small pineapple

Sugar for cooking pineapple

500 grams of good quality white chocolate (it cannot be divided or hydrogenated)

1 can of milk cream

1 teaspoon pineapple essence

For coverage

1 cup egg whites

1 cup of sugar

Vanilla drops (to taste)

Ā  šŸPREPARATION:

For Dough

1. Beat the eggs, margarine and sugar well.Ā  Add the warm milk and beat a little more.Ā  Turn off the mixer, gradually add the flour and baking powder (all sifted).Ā  Pour into a round mold (20 cm), greased and floured, and bake lightly.
